Try this next time you need a quick grab and go snack!

This No-oat recipe is such a great, healthy way to stave off hunger cravings. It literally takes minutes to make, is super gut friendly, and has no high-allergy foods.

I take this with me to the office to hold me over until lunch. I throw it together in the morning and stick it in the fridge when I get there. By 10:30 or so, it is a nice, creamy texture and oh, so delicious!

The greatest part is you can mix up the flavors easily, and once you get the hang of it, you can make it in five minutes!

The completed portion will be about 10 oz, so you could split it in half. Sometimes I will eat half for brunch, and then pull out the other half in the afternoon when I get a little munchy.

So, without further ado, here is the recipe:

2T Swerve

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

2/3 c raw kefir

1/3 c almond milk

Combine everything except the kefir and almond milk in a container, then pour the liquids on top. Give it a good stir, making sure to get all the edges so it is well incorporated. Store in fridge for about 2 hours until it thickens, and then enjoy!

See!? Told you it was easy!

A couple notes on the ingredients:

If the Swerve is too sweet, you can decrease the amount. You can also replace with liquid stevia, honey, or maple syrup if you can handle them and don't mind the natural sugars.

Adding vanilla or maple extract can be a fun way to mix it up.

I love adding berries in to mix it up sometimes. I may even omit some of the seasonings. Blueberries and maple are quite delicious together! I also like raspberries and vanilla.

Pecans or other nuts can add a fun and different texture.

I'd love to hear how you decide to mix it up if you try it... the possibilities are endless!
